Accessibility Standard for Customer Service

On January 1, 2015, the Ontario Power Authority (OPA) merged with the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) to create a new organization that will combine the OPA and IESO mandates.

The policies and plans on this page refer to the former OPA's compliance with Ontario's accessibility Standards. See the accessibility standards established by the IESO.

As part of our efforts to meet the needs of people with disabilities, these and other publicly available documents will be made available in additional formats as needed.
